These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between kepritogel (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the kepritogel online gaming platform accessible at https://kepritogel.cam (the "Site").

4.1 Registration Information. Users must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password during registration. All information provided must be truthful and must accurately represent your identity. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Documentation. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, kepritogel requires users to complete identity verification (KYC). Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or a current international passport. 4.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All financial transactions on the kepritogel Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. Kepritogel supports the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank. 5.2 Minimum Deposit. The standard minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most payment methods. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are specified on the deposit page and may vary.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following estimated processing timelines, which are indicative and not guaranteed:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically within 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer / Wire: 15 to 60 minutes, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only processed when: (a) the user's KYC verification is complete; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds have been satisfied; (c) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed applicable daily or monthly limits; and (d) the account is in good standing with no active security flags.

5.5 No Fees. Kepritogel does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees on domestic Malaysian payment channels. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside our control and may apply.

Kepritogel offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, loyalty programme benefits, and periodic special promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x of the bonus amount). 6.2 Bonus Validity Period. Each bonus carries a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. 6.5 Abuse of Bonuses. Kepritogel reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, if there is reasonable evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of promotions in a systematic manner, use of software to advantage-play bonus conditions, or collusion with other players.

6.6 Eligibility. All bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Promotional terms may specify geographic or payment method restrictions. Kepritogel reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

7.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the kepritogel Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed international game studios. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any external party.

7.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game freeze, disconnection, or any other technical error during gameplay, kepritogel reserves the right to void affected bets and return applicable stakes to the user's account. The Platform's decision in such matters is final. Disconnection from the internet during live play does not entitle the user to any compensation beyond the return of the unresolved bet stake.

7.4 Sports Betting. 7.5 Void Bets. Kepritogel reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error, including obvious pricing mistakes, incorrect odds, or technical display errors. Manifest error determinations are at the sole discretion of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kepritogel Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account, including accounts registered under different names or email addresses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to exploit the Platform or its games.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software vulnerabilities.

• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account, including sharing login credentials.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21, or if you have registered under the minimum age.

All content on the kepritogel Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software code, data compilations, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of kepritogel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: (a) reproduction or distribution of Platform content; (b) reverse engineering of any Platform software; (c) commercial exploitation of any Platform material; or (d) removal or alteration of any intellectual property notices.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kepritogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kepritogel makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

10.3 Kepritogel's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. Users may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements) will be returned via the user's registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension. Kepritogel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the user has violated these Terms; (b) the user has provided false information; (c) suspicious financial activity has been detected; (d) the account has been flagged by our fraud detection systems; or (e) the user has engaged in any prohibited conduct described in Section 8.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure or suspension, the user's access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. Bonus funds and any winnings attributable to bonus activity that has not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and investigation procedures.

11.4 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a self-exclusion through our support team or via the Responsible Gambling page. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period.

15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kepritogel is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between a user and kepritogel, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team in the first instance. Our support team will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 5 business days.

15.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.

15.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court of law where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
